Returns & 30-Day Wash + Wear Guarantee 

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Alongside your statutory rights, we offer both a standard return policy and a 30-day Wash + Wear Guarantee on selected products.

Standard Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In the same condition that you received it
• With tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping

• UK returns are free of charge.
• For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service for international returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

30-Day Wash + Wear Guarantee

(Leggings and Shorts Only)

We believe you should be able to truly experience how your leggings or shorts perform in real life.

That’s why we offer a 30-day Wash + Wear Guarantee on all leggings and shorts.

This means you have 30 days from delivery to wear, move, train and live in your leggings or shorts to decide whether they are right for you.

If after trying them you decide they’re not for you, you may return them — even if the item has been worn or washed.

Items must:

• Be returned in a clean and hygienic condition
• Not show signs of deliberate damage or misuse
• Not be altered

The Wash + Wear Guarantee applies only to leggings and shorts and does not apply to:

• Bras
• Underwear
• Personal care products
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalised items

We reserve the right to refuse returns where items show excessive wear, damage, or misuse beyond reasonable trial use.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Custom or personalised items

For hygiene reasons, bras and underwear must be returned unworn and in their original condition.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
